Speaking Part 3: Discussion রাউন্ডে বিস্তারিত উত্তর দেওয়ার কৌশল

Part 3 কেন এত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?

IELTS Speaking এর Part 3 হলো "Two-way discussion"। Part 2 (Cue Card) এর টপিকের ওপর ভিত্তি করেই এখানে এক্সামিনার আপনাকে কিছু Abstract এবং Analytical প্রশ্ন করবেন। আপনার ব্যান্ড স্কোর 6.5 থেকে 7.5 বা 8.0 এ নিয়ে যাওয়ার মূল সুযোগ থাকে এই Part 3 তেই।

১. উত্তর বড় করার A.R.E.A মেথড

Part 3 তে এক বা দুই লাইনে উত্তর দেওয়া যাবে না। উত্তর বড় এবং লজিক্যাল করার জন্য AREA মেথড ব্যবহার করুন:

A - Answer: সরাসরি প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিন।

R - Reason: আপনার উত্তরের পেছনের কারণ ব্যাখ্যা করুন।

E - Example: একটি সাধারণ উদাহরণ দিন (ব্যক্তিগত উদাহরণ এড়িয়ে চলাই ভালো)।

A - Alternative/Add: অন্য একটি দিক বা বিপরীত দিক নিয়ে কথা বলুন।

**উদাহরণ প্রশ্ন**: "Do you think technology has made our lives better?"

Answer: Yes, absolutely. I believe technology has significantly improved our quality of life.

Reason: The main reason is that it has made communication and access to information incredibly fast and effortless.

Example: For instance, nowadays we can connect with anyone across the globe instantly via video calls, which was unimaginable a few decades ago.

Alternative: However, we must also acknowledge that excessive reliance on technology is making people more sedentary and isolated in the real world.

২. সময় কেনার কৌশল (Buying Time)

Part 3 এর প্রশ্নগুলো অনেক সময় বেশ কঠিন হয়। সাথে সাথে উত্তর মাথায় না এলে ঘাবড়ে যাবেন না। ন্যাচারাল কিছু ফ্রেজ ব্যবহার করে চিন্তা করার সময় নিন:

• "That’s a really interesting question..."

• "I’ve never really thought about it before, but I suppose..."

• "Well, it’s hard to say for sure, but generally speaking..."

• "That’s a tough one. Let me think..."

৩. দুই দিক বিবেচনা করা (Showing Both Sides)

Part 3 তে আপনার Analytical skill দেখা হয়। তাই কোনো বিষয়ে শুধু একপেশে কথা না বলে, মুদ্রার অপর পিঠও তুলে ধরুন।

• "On the one hand, it is beneficial because... But on the other hand, it can lead to..."

• "While some people argue that..., I personally tend to believe that..."

৪. ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে প্রেডিকশন করা

Part 3 তে প্রায়ই ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করা হয় (যেমন: "How do you think education will change in the future?")। তখন সঠিক গ্রামার (Future continuous, Future perfect) এবং ভোকাবুলারি ব্যবহার করুন:

• "I predict that..."

• "It is highly likely that..."

• "In the foreseeable future, we might see..."
